URBAN TECHNOLOGY, a limited liability company with a capital of one million (1,000,000) registered in the Trade and Personal Property Credit Register of Cotonou under the number RB/COT/16 B 15170, with its registered office located in Abomey-Calavi, Zogbadjè area, Latifou GBODJI house (hereinafter referred to as "URBAN TECHNOLOGY"), publisher and operator of the "zékin" website (hereinafter referred to as the "Site"), has established these general terms and conditions of sale and use (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms and Conditions"), governing access to and use of the Site.

- Company name (for business accounts);
- Unique Tax Identification Number (IFU);
- - Email address.
You undertake to provide accurate and truthful information about yourself.
A confirmation email will then be sent to the provided email address, containing a summary of your login information..
The login ID is personal and cannot be used by multiple individuals, nor can it be assigned, rented, or transferred in any way.
The password is confidential and should not be disclosed to any third party. It can be changed from your personal account space. You must take all necessary measures to protect your password.
You also agree to inform URBAN TECHNOLOGY, by any means and as soon as possible, in the event of detection or suspicion of fraudulent or unauthorized access to your account.
You can request the cancellation and deletion of your account at any time, either from your personal account space or by sending an email to the following address: support@zekin.me .
URBAN TECHNOLOGY reserves the right to delete your account without prior notice in case of violation of these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to:
- In case of use contrary to the applicable legislation;
- In case of fraudulent use or impersonation of a third party's identity;
- In case of infringement of the rights of URBAN TECHNOLOGY or a third party.
URBAN TECHNOLOGY may also delete your account in case of inactivity for more than one (01) year.
ARTICLE 4: CONTENTS AND SERVICES

zekin is a hosted application that allows users to allocate votes to their preferred candidate during cultural and artistic events (music competitions, etc.) as well as institutional events (selection of board members for an organization). The service provided on the website is for a fee.

The Contents and Services are available in the Africa and Europe zone.
The Contents and Services are made available to you upon
your registration on the platform.
ARTICLE 6: FINANCIAL CONDITIONS
Article 6.1: Price
The prices are indicated on the Site in CFA Francs.
URBAN TECHNOLOGY reserves the right to modify them
at any time. The applied price is the one in effect
at the time of campaign confirmation.
Exceptionally, in the event of an erroneous indication of a
price that is clearly derisory compared to the actual value
of a service, the campaign may be canceled.
Article 6.2: Payment
The recharge of your account can be done in cash, by bank transfer,
by credit card through a secure system, or
by money transfer via mobile.
Your payment method will be automatically debited.
Any refusal of payment or partial payment will result in
the automatic cancellation of the order, and you will be
notified by email.
You expressly agree that invoices will be sent to you
in electronic format.
URBAN TECHNOLOGY also reserves the right to refuse
any order in the event that you have not fully or partially paid
a previous order or in the event of an ongoing dispute.
The data recorded by URBAN TECHNOLOGY constitutes
proof of the transactions concluded on the Site.
ARTICLE 7: RESPONSIBILITIES
URBAN TECHNOLOGY makes its best efforts
to provide accurate and up-to-date information and content
on the Site, without, however, being able to guarantee
the performance, completeness, or reliability of this
information and content.
URBAN TECHNOLOGY is not responsible for problems
or technical, computer, or compatibility failures
affecting the availability or
use of the Site, for reasons or circumstances
beyond its control.
URBAN TECHNOLOGY is also not responsible
for damages that may result from
the use of the Site,
including data loss, deterioration,
destruction or viruses that may affect
your computer equipment.

and intellectual property rights of URBAN TECHNOLOGY

Any unauthorized representation, reproduction, adaptation,
modification, or exploitation is prohibited and may constitute an infringement
under Annex I, Article 62 of the Bangui Agreements establishing the African Intellectual
Property Organization.
The Content and Services offered on the Site are
also protected by copyright and intellectual property law.
Reselling, exchanging, leasing, or transferring to a third party
is strictly prohibited.
The use of certain Content and Services
may be subject to the acceptance of a license agreement
provided to you at the time of purchase.
ARTICLE 9: AVAILABILITY

a day, 7 days a week, except in cases of force majeure or events
beyond its control, without guaranteeing any results or
minimum level of quality regarding its availability.

évolutions du Site par la mise à disposition de nouvelles fonctionnalités
ou la suppression ou la modification de fonctionnalités existantes.
ARTICLE 15: PARTIAL INVALIDITY
If one or more provisions of these CGV-CGU are declared void
by the application of the law, a regulation, or a final decision
of a Beninese jurisdiction, the other provisions shall remain
in full force and effect.
ARTICLE 16 : LOI APPLICABLE – LITIGES
Le présent contrat est exclusivement soumis au droit béninois.
En cas de litige les tribunaux béninois seront
seuls compétents.
